Your home’s size, condition, cleaning type and requested extras help define the quote. Share the address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and preferences in the form. Pricing is confirmed separately.
Should I choose recurring, deep or move-out cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is an option for ongoing care. Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are also available. Tell Jubilee whether the home is occupied, when it was last professionally cleaned and what needs attention so the scope can be discussed.
Can you clean inside the refrigerator or oven, or include my basement?
Select those requests in the form, including whether you want the stovetop, oven interior or both. Let Jubilee know if the basement is finished and should be included. Confirm the requested extras and their pricing with Jubilee.
Do I need to be home? What about keys, parking and pets?
Discuss entry arrangements, parking, pets and any access restrictions with Jubilee before the visit. Agree on an entry plan that suits your home before the visit.
Do you bring supplies? Can I request particular products?
Tell Jubilee about sensitive surfaces, product preferences, allergies and any supplies you want used. Confirm the products and equipment before your cleaning.
Can I change the appointment, and what if something needs attention?
Contact Jubilee to discuss a change or a concern about the cleaning. Confirm notice periods, fees and follow-up arrangements before booking.
How do I get a commercial cleaning quote?
Commercial inquiries are handled by phone. Have the property address, approximate size, business type, rooms to be cleaned and preferred schedule ready. Jubilee can then discuss the work rather than using the residential form.
Can you work around opening hours or building access rules?
Share your opening hours, preferred cleaning windows and building requirements when you call. After-hours availability, entry arrangements and any restrictions must be agreed for the location.
Can you provide insurance documents or meet vendor requirements?
Tell Jubilee what documentation your property manager or procurement team needs. Confirm documentation and vendor requirements directly before arranging work.
What should I share about a post-construction project?
Call with the address, approximate area, type of renovation, current stage of work and target handover date. Mention dust, materials, fixtures, appliances and any areas that need particular attention.
Do you remove construction debris or handle specialist materials?
Describe what remains on site, including bulky debris, paint, adhesives or potentially hazardous materials. Do not assume these are included. Jubilee needs to confirm which tasks it can accept and whether another specialist is required.
When should the cleaning happen after renovation?
Discuss whether contractors are finished, whether utilities and safe access are available, and your handover schedule. A cleaning date and any repeat visits need to be agreed around the actual project.

Bergen, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Monmouth, Sussex, Somerset, Union and Warren counties. Share your address when asking about your clean.

Yes. All Jubilee crew members are background checked.
Does requesting a quote reserve an appointment?
